How does per-user billing work?
On the Team plan you pay $8 per active user per month. Deactivate someone and they stop counting — you only ever pay for people actually using TurtleTask.
What happens when I outgrow the free plan?
Nothing breaks. The free plan includes 3 people, 250 active tasks, and 250 MB of attachment storage — archiving finished work frees task capacity, so small teams can run on it indefinitely. When you need more room or single sign-on, upgrade to Team from your organisation settings and keep everything you already have.
